Riches Homes & Improvements is a family-owned and operated building company based in Mulwala, NSW.

Our story began in 1979, when Jack Riches joined his father, Clarrie, and business partner, Jim Donaghey, as an apprentice carpenter. Under Clarrie’s guidance, Jack developed a strong work ethic and refined the skills that would shape his future in the building industry.

In 1986, Jack and Clarrie established Riches Homes & Improvements Pty Ltd.

Today, Jack works alongside his son, Josh, leading a dedicated team committed to delivering high-quality builds for individuals, families, and businesses throughout Mulwala, Yarrawonga, and surrounding towns and farms.

With more than 40 years of experience, our company has worked across all areas of residential and commercial construction—from drafting plans and building new homes to completing both minor and major renovations and extensions.

We specialise in custom-built homes and take pride in restoring heritage homes and commercial buildings. With a registered architectural draftsperson in-house, we can help bring your ideas to life. Our team is known for its attention to detail, high standards of workmanship, and strong relationships with trusted local trades.
